Edit to add: I called Scott about an issue with a different bike that wasn't purchased here. He walked me through troubleshooting and I was up and running again in no time. He didn't have to help me and he chose to take the time to help out a fellow rider. Good people here! Thanks Scott for helping!! Excellent service here. They actually did into the issue rather than just referring me somewhere else. Hobert and Jesse were very helpful and patient. I'll definitely be back to this service department!
I went in to purchase new helmets for myself and my wife. Crystal was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure that my wife was fitted correctly and comfortable with her helmet. She was very professuonal and knowledgable. Would def reccomebd her to help with any purchase
I'm local and hop in for last minute items as well as frequent their clearance riding apparel for MX and they're awesome for support as well as super friendly without the pushy sales type. Dillan at the parts counter is very knowledgeable, helpful, and gets me quick answers and in and out of the door if I'm in a hurry. I think her name is Crystal (shorter young lady) she's always been very friendly and helpful with helping me size my kids mx helmets and safety gear. Highly recommend 👌
Had an amazing experience with Chrystal. She was able to get me set up with a shirt and a poker chip and I greatly appreciate all her help. Very happy with the service I received.
Grace was very kind and helped me but my brand new Yamaha MT-03. Very informative when explaining how to maintain the new bike from the break in period to the maintenance price, and everything in between.
