I'm a long time fan of Wild Thyme Gourmet and have enjoyed both lunch and dinner there on many occasions. The food is always top notch. My favorite salad is the beet salad, and my favorite soup is the mushroom bisque. I have never had anything that wasn't absolutely delicious from either the lunch or dinner menu! I especially enjoy eating outside, under the umbrellas, on the patio area in nice weather. The service is excellent, as is the wine list. I vote Wild Thyme Gourmet my first choice for luncheons in Highlands, NC!!
