We love this dental practice. The staff is always friendly and professional. They are all about patient comfort and health. Their technology is state of the art making it easier and faster for the patient while improving dental standard of care Recently I lost my night guard which I have enjoyed for years. I dropped into Wild Rose to ask how to replace it. They were booked solid but because I was anxious they squeezed me in their schedule. I was able to get the latest night guard and it fit perfectly with little adjustments.... read more

It is extremely frustrating to submit insurance information a week in advance, arrive for a scheduled cleaning, and be seated in preparation—only to be told that the insurance was not verified and that services cannot be provided. This is especially difficult after taking time off work to attend the appointment.

I took my 88 year-old husband been in for a dental procedure. His son drove all the way in from out of town to help him get in. They did not tell us in advance that we had to get a doctors clearance before he had dental work done. So the entire day was a complete waste of time. We should have been told in advance to have all of this paperwork done. We will not be returning to the Wild Rose Dental clinic.

I acknowledge the importance of maximizing profit margins in every business, however, it appears that certain aspects may have been overly exaggerated in your approach. This is simply my personal observation. While striving for higher profits is essential, it is equally important to maintain a balance Overemphasizing profits can lead to short-term gains but may jeopardize long-term sustainability.
