Our Ultra Limited was returned from WPHD this past Saturday and I'm very disappointed. It was sent in for new tires, heated grip replacement and service for riding season. $2,100.00 and a month later, it comes back looking like it sat in the rain....full of water spots, even though we had a free wash and buff coupon!WE bought the bike two years ago and decided to pay an additional $2,800.00 for the VIP Passport Service plan.The first time we used it (last year for spring)… See more
