The staff at Wild Ochid (both stores) is extra helpful and SO creative. Their flowers are always beautiful. Also, they have 2 stores, so one of them is usually on my way to where I'm going or close for delivery.
They went out of their way to stay open late because it was my anniversary and I had procrastinated ordering flowers for my wife. I really appreciate their helpfulness and their gorgeous arrangements.

I hire Wild Orchid to do my wedding recently. The night of the rehearsal the flowers were to be ready at 4 for pickup and they hadn't done them and the owner was nowhere to be found. They had to throw something together and deliver a few hours later. On the day of the wedding they were an hour late after many confirmations through e-mail, in person, and on the phone.
