dissatisfied from start. 20percent gratuity per every in a group of 30 people that is crap either the waitress had a hudge tip or the rips everyone off but i will not recommend it to anyone thumb down for this place
The food was good but the service wasn’t great. The waitress gave me a menu and didn’t ask me if I wanted to order food until twenty minutes later. Then she took my drink away as I was eating and never brought another one. The waitress asked the people around me if they wanted another drink but not me. I wouldn’t have left a tip but since I was part of a large group it was automatically added to the bill. It was extremely noisy for a pub. I thought I was in a night club.
3 of us dined, and sadly, not one of us enjoyed our food. Steak Sliders were chewy & dried out; asked for au jus to make it more palatable, but was served bbq sauce, which by the way, was an added charge. Burger was also very dry & burnt. Chicken wrap was soggy. Would not go back or recommend, the food was that bad!

ignored when we came in. other tables that came in after served WELL before us. drinking water at a bar for 30 minutes before drink order was taken.
