Too bad I never got to actually meet this doctor. I scheduled an eye exam specifically for an eye health screening due to medication I am taking. The first appointment set for Aug. 7th at Logansport office was canceled. The second appointment Aug. 21st I was waiting in the office in Logansport and after 30 minutes I was told the machine broke so I needed to reschedule. The third appointment Sept. 18th I was called the morning of the appointment to reschedule again, after I had checked-in confirming I would be there per text ... read more
