Vicki is the best at what she does and she is so friendly. The hair wash was a 10/10, super relaxing after a stressful week, the cut was super detailed, and the blow dry was amazing. I’m really picky about my hair, and this is the happiest I’ve ever left a salon. The salon is beautiful, clean, and the staff was so welcoming. I was in Philly for a Labor Day trip, but I’d happily commute from NYC just to visit this salon and have Vicki do my hair again!
I have been getting extensions for 9+ years and this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had from Ian and a salon. I needed to reschedule my appointment within 24 hours. They initially said they would charge me half of the appointment, but I explained my situation and booked within a couple of weeks. I am a loyal customer and tip well. I've been going to Kyle for my hair for several years. She is just terrific. I love her cuts, and her coloring is superb. She is very responsive to what I want, also she is just a kind, and fun person.
