the staff is very rude and condescending it's worth the wait to go to Starbucks instead

I love our local coffee shop, Wild Hero, even though I don't drink coffee! My favorite drinks are the frozen ones, and they never disappoint. The staff goes above and beyond in customer service, and make you feel like family. Then there's the atmosphere... it is always clean and comfortable, inviting you to sit and stay awhile. Good job Wild Hero!!

their coffee is really good! it's my favorite coffee and I go there almost every day. I wouldn't recommend going in the morning though. I don't know if it's because they're generally really busy in the morning but about half the time I order is wrong or I'm charged way more than it should be. today I got an americano coffee in a regular cinnamon roll which should have been 2.17 + 2.99 plus tax. somehow that came out to $8 and something cents but I never got my receipt to double-check it.
