I ordered using their app and they promptly called because they wanted to confirm something. During the convo we were laughing about my possible user error on the app and I just mentioned it could be because of the rough morning I was having. I get back to my office and notice this on my cup! #itsthelittlethings #nowthatscustomerservice (PS - my day did get better.) 😬
