On our move out we paid $1,715 just to have the walls painted in a little 3 bedroom house, and $375 for yard work. In all the years of renting I have never had to pay this much out of my deposit for paint and yard work. Also have fun with their 24 hour notice to enter. If your not looking to get ripped off or be invaded, I strongly suggest going elsewhere for your rental.

Wild Haven Property Management was a great company to rent through this last year! Friendly staff and maintenance service. We rented through to end of our year lease when they gave us a few months notice that at the end of said lease the owner had chosen to sell the home. They worked with us to look at other properties and offered to help in any way they could. Definitely recommend them here in Mac!
GREAT company and office ladies are AMAZING!!
Overcharge on water/sewer - and do not explain why. Keep most of your security deposit no matter how much you clean. Be warned.
$3,000 deposit are you serious?!? Plus $500 to remove an ad that they put up?! I recommend to everyone DO NOT go through Wild Haven!!!! We heard horrible things but tried hoping for the best...they live up to their horrible rep!
