Scheduled a appointment three weeks ahead. Showed up to see only one person working the whole salon. I was there getting a cut and had my daughter with me and was told i would have to come back for my daughter another time. It was three days before Christmas. First time I ever had a hair cut withought my hair washed and styled. Was told it was a haircut and that's what they do. My sister paid for my cut as a gift. I like the cut just what I wanted. After hearing a few people's positive comments regarding this salon, I thought I would give it a try. I called and scheduled with no problem. On the day of my appointment, I walked in and had to wait at least five to seven minutes before I was even greeted. I proceeded with my appointment anyway, but was shocked when I noticed a young child running the front counter and answering the phone. I didn't feel as though it was very professional.
