Since moving here, I’ve really enjoyed eating at Wildfire. It’s a staple for us. The #1 thing I like about it is the hog fries. The BBQ is good too, but the hog fries are amazing - or were. The last THREE times we’ve gone, they’ve been very lightly seasoned (the seasoning is the whole point... if I wanted regular fries, that’s what I’d order) and soggy like they needed to be cooked longer.
