Four years ago the owner stayed open after hours and fed four hungry bikers who had had a very long day. Got back there today for the first time since....the pulled pork is still delicious!!!!
Best BBQ in Franklin for sure! We will definitely be back for more! Owner was very nice as well!

People working weren't very friendly :-(, but the food was delicious! Had the pit combo, bbq beans, slaw, mac and cheese. Got a smoked bologna sandwich and greens to go. Gotta try the wildfire hot sauce!
I'm a big fan of spicy-hot foods and I make my own Red Savina Habanero hot sauce so I have a really hard time finding foods that, to me anyway, are truly HOT. Yesterday my daughter and son-in-law bought several pounds of Wildfire BBQ's pulled pork for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday party and, knowing my love of spicy-hot foods, they ordered some of Wildfire's XXX sauce (on the side). I've got to tell you, it LIT ME UP and had the best flavor, too. If you like HOT be sure to try out their XXX sauce - you'll be glad you did.

This place is a hidden treasure everyone needs to know about. The food is so very good. Wildfire is one of those home town restaurants that should be featured on television for its fabulous food and atmosphere. I am very comfortable there. Everyone is nice. It is also kid friendly. The service is great. On our first visit there the owner sat down and talked to us. He said he appreciated us choosing his restaurant and wanted to know his customers.
