Horrible service and lack of communication!
Very thankful for a recent experience with Ken at Wild Bill's Auto Repair shop. I brought my car in for a wheel banging issue, and Ken took care of it quickly for me and pointed out that a previous repair from another shop had failed to properly tighten a lug nut which was causing a wobble at high-speed! From the moment I arrived, Ken was professional, friendly and efficient, and took the time to share his experience and knowledge to ensure I'd be on the lookout for any such thing in the future.
