I can't rate the food because I never got to taste it. My family left after sitting at our table for over 15 minutes with no one coming to help us, even though we were right next to the kitchen where 3 employees were standing around doing nothing.

Bad service food is ok when you get it the girls that work the door need to be fired never going back they couldn't run a music store much less a pizza pub what was I thinking for going go to the mason jar down the road they will feed you good hot food and cold beer

Today when we went in in the middle of the afternoon the dining room was half empty but after we were seated (by a staff member) we waited over 10 minutes and were never even acknowledged by waitstaff. There seemed to be plenty of staff on hand however they were just standing or wandering around. As we got up to leave they did notice but no one seemed to care. As a result we will take our business elsewhere.
