I took my dog for a consultation on ligament surgery and the appointment was not worth the hour drive to get there. I then made one appointment for the surgery only to be told a day later I would have to reschedule. Upon rescheduling, I was contacted a week before the second appointment was suppose take place for the procedure and was told that the office needed me to move the appointment for a third time.. I just want to thank everyone at dr. Wilcox office they are very nice and they did everything they could for my Leo unfortunately he didn't make it... they were all very courteous and sensitive to our feelings... thank you so much for all you're help!
Dr. Wilcox was recommended by friends. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive, friendly staff, nice people and pets in waiting room. I arrived 15 minutes early. Waited an hour but well worth it. Met a couple from our town who has been going to Dr. Wilcox for years and said he is worth the drive. Dr. Wilcox spent a lot of time examining Henry, discussing Henry's prognosis. I was sent over to Dr. Wilcox from my vet who I have used for years and was very pleased with everything. My 6 week old puppy had a broken jaw and Dr. Wilcox fixed it in one day. I thank all the staff for being so friendly and everyone working together to make sure my pup was taken well care of and I appreciate the kindness and the dedication of every single one of the employees. I have switched over to Dr. Wilcox and I will use this clinic for the rest of my life. If you're looking for a home vet, use Dr. Wilcox. : )
My furbaby had an ACL repair. Dr. Wilcox did an amazing job & I am confident he is a great surgeon & vet. He came highly recommended by many. No post op complications, no rehab & my dog is walking without a limp & runs fine. The only thing I didn't like was leaving him overnight without anyone at clinic. I was assured he would be sedated & sleep through the night & I'm sure he was. Will definitely use Dr. Wilcox again if need be & would highly recommend & I live in Houston but grew up in B.C. It was well worth the trip.
The Dr's and nurses are always so nice and TRUELY care about your pet. They are all great but I have special place for Dr. Brooke who has the same dog as I do and really takes time with me and my girl .
This is an outstanding Vet clinic! Dr. Hanson has performed a miracle on my adopted kitten. I will definitely start bringing my other pets to him too.
