RecommendedWas able to get my PupPup in on a short notice - ear infection. Wait time was very short /such a very caring staff and Dr Skinner is amazing - came out and discussed her findings and treatment for my little boy🐾🐾

I loved this clinic when it was Wilcox, but now the wait time is ridiculous. They overbook and wait times are normally 1+ hours. They are so overbooked and busy they can no longer answer their own phones in house. Typical hold time is 10 minutes, plus on top of that you must wait for a call back from the office. The staff is great, but it is not worth the wait.

My first red flag should have been interacting with the staff who were not social distancing or wearing masks which made me feel very uncomfortable. I should have also done more research, Dr. Hanson at this clinic has been found in violation by the veterinarian board in the past, and was informally reprimanded. I had TPLO surgery on my pet and had complications immediately afterward which continued for months. My pet got extremely sick from having an infection inside where the new plates were put in.
