Yesterday was my first time at the office. It was a great visit. From Dr Wilcox to all his staff very polite and friendly. Made me feel like family. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Wilcox is a fantastic human. Tells it like it is and knows what he's saying. A phrase that came to mind during my first appointment was "kindred spirit." My family has found our eye doctor until he closes his doors (which will hopefully be a LONG time out). Seriously, if you care about your eyes, he probably cares more.
First appointment went very well. Dr Wilcox was very concerned with making sure I was comfortable with several different contacts and getting it right. They were short handed today but you woukdnt know it. Everyone was very nice and spot on. Would definitely recommend!!
The entire staff is great, and Kim is a real pleasure. Dr. Wilcox combines wit and wisdom in providing a thorough (and entertaining) eye exam. His passion for continuing research in his field is obvious and admirable.
Excellent patient care. I really can't thank Dr. Wilcox and his staff enough. I came in with something rare and very strange happening to my vision and they were quick to help me out! Dr. Wilcox cares about his patients and really does everything he can to find a solution and offer guidance. I absolutely recommend visiting his office!
Had first visit today and after over 30 years of wearing contacts I don't think I have ever had a more thorough, in depth or fun eye exam. Fell in love with every staff member there. We found our new eye doctor!
