Best service ever!
Appointment made they called on the day to reschedule. Second time no show, no call no nothing. (After taking two days off work because you have to pay them on the spot). Called another service that did not require upfront payment, sent me a bill upon completion of the job. Now I am getting a text from Wilcox Bros. that reads "to schedule our services you must pay up front before we can schedule you in and using a credit card there will be a 3% fee added to the bill." Noticing that the Irritrol valves where they screw on to pipe are loose and can be moved from left to right easily. There is a slow leak in some of the eight valves which is flooding the 2 boxes they are housed in. I would like to know the cost to remediate this situation leaving the system operational after repairs. Currently all zones are wired correctly and work.
