On the positive they came the same morning as called. The problem- He seemed very confused at what the problem was and there was a language barrier.. then wanted to charge me over 500$ at first to replace a capacitor... much more then the going rate. I had to pay 65$ just for an estimate when I told him that was to much for the part & repair.
