Don't except anything. I have to say I am very disappointed with this office. They do not return phone call's, there seem's to be no one in to take a call. But you can do a walk in to the office and there would be agents in the office, but no one can help you. Wow I guess they don't need any Bussiness. My advise, Don't waste your time at this Realstate Office.
Jan Aarts Great Honest Agent We have purchased four homes in our lifetime (and sold three). In general, I have been unhappy with the agents I have used. But Jan is the big exception. He is a genuinely honest person who also has a practical sense of proper pricing for buyers and sellers. Jan seems to know the average price range of homes the best. He will price a house so that it will not languish on the market but at the same time so that it will get a good price for the seller.
Great Group of Professionals Wilbur Properties does commercial sales, property management and residential sales on the Peninsula. You'll be treated like family. Well, family that likes you :-)
