I have never been to such a loving,caring & compassionate veterinary practice in my life!!! EVERYONE there is a true animal lover, super friendly and real. The staff / Doctors are amazing & treat you like family. I KNOW my dogs are in the best hands & get THE BEST care when they are there!!!! I went to the same vet for 11 years in NY and they barely knew My dogs names!!! It was more about $$ than care... 😐
I've been going to Wilbraham Animal Hospital for years, first with Dr. Rowe and now, with Dr. Hersman and the rest of the excellent staff! They have been so kind and patient with my Oscar! They are the best team I could have working with my furbaby!
Dr. Hershman and his staff were so kind to me and my dog Kassy, they took their time with her and I never felt rushed, I left there feeling informed on how to care for my dogs ear infection. Top notch service!

We recently switched to Wilbraham Animal Hospital because a friend had a great experience. Our first visit was to check out a problem, and right away, our dog needed surgery. We were included in every step of the process; we looked at X-rays, spent lots of time on the phone with the vets, and received multiple follow up calls! Since then, we've been doing our best for our dog by working with them as a team! So happy we switched! We do believe they genuinely care about each pet-patient and their families!
They are always professional and kind. They treat my dog really well. Have been going to them since I got my first dog 15 years ago and they have always been great plus the new facility is beautiful. My pup just got dental surgery from a few months ago and got 18 teeth pulled they did a great job and cared for him really well. Hes doing much better now!
