I want to take a moment to thank the staff at Wilbraham Animal Hospital for helping us through the worst week of our lives. Each and every staff member was extremely compassionate and talked us through every step of letting our sweet boy Rocky go. We were able to pick him up promptly and bring him home where he belongs. The staff is wonderful, both to the pets and the owner.
I recently re-located and chose Dr. Hersman as the vet for my dogs through recommendation. I was not let down by those recommendations. In the last three weeks he’s seen both my dogs both for wellness and an unfortunate “sick visit”. Dr. Hersman is taking the time to thoroughly review my 10 year old boxers records(she has had many ailments) to ensure she gets the best care. The staff in both Wilbraham and Springfield are true animal lovers(one tech got on the ground and let my 150 lb Mastiff give her tons of kisses). I have ... read more
