I recently underwent a BBL with Dr. Cortes, and am very happy with my results. Overall my experience with Cortes was very good, but there was definitely room for improvements. Things like having been seen by Cortes before being discharged from hospital would have been greatly appreciated. Also not feeling as though the time he spends seeing you post op is so rushed. I would have also liked more post op information, because many times I felt clueless about expectations during my recovery process.
A wonderful Artist To Dr. Cortes and staff, thank you for your tremendous skill in performing the new me. Your expertise in what you do shows whenever I walk across a room. When you took that magical won and moved fat from an ugly spot to a pretty spot, my world as I knew it changed. When I walk down the street, the mall, hallways at work and even my mailbox I can feel the world STOP, TURN, and STARE. I don’t take offense because I know it's the Dr. Hourglass they are attracted to. Thanks :-)
This has been a wonderful journey for me! Dr. Cortes and his staff made my process and procedure a memorable one. Dr. Cortes is very professional and knowledgeable and he explained in detail what to expect with my "Hourglass Tummy Tuck" procedure. His staff has been equally professional from pre-opt, day of surgery (Jan. 31, 2017), and now during my post-opt recovery! I originally came to Dr Cortes for a revision to a tummy tuck that another plastic surgeon performed and I was very unhappy with. My first impression of Dr Cortes and his consultant was that they were very kind and professional, never speaking a negative word about the surgeon I had previously been to. Dr.Cortes is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in my life. I went on two other consultations with board certified plastic surgeons. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. He listened to my goals to achieve the natural look I ended up booking surgery for an hourglass tummy tuck and I am soooo happy with my results! Doctor Cortes and his staff are genuinely caring and made me feel at home.. I would highly recommend Dr. Cortes to anyone considering surgery.

I love Dr. Cortes and all of his staff! Everyone is friendly! I never wait more than 10 minutes when I get here. Before I had surgery I met with Dr. Cortes he made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions I had about surgery. I got the Hourglass BBL done and now a month later I have the body I ALWAYS DREAMT OF!! Firstly, as a surgeon, this man is a miracle worker, as he combines supreme surgical expertise with exquisite artistry. This, I'm sure, is the main reason why he is rated as the TOP in his field. But also, Dr. Cortes listens. He will sit and hear your concerns. He is extremely unusual in this way. It is clear by all who spend time with Dr. Cortes in a consultation that he is one of the most open-hearted and empathic human beings you will ever meet.
