Through the whole process he was wonderful. I found many other doctors have a slightly pompous and overly-confident attitude... "Eh, it’s NO BIG DEAL, I've done this countless times!" and other things of that nature. That doesn't sit well with me. It IS a big deal. It is a serious surgery that should be treated with care, caution, and concern. Dr. Cortes very much operates under this idea.
