I went to them in significant pain and waited through 4 hours of sales pitches (wanting me to commit to a 30 adjustments program before they would adjust me that day). Only then did they tell me my insurance would not cover any chiropractic-related services. Then they billed me for x-rays they insisted they needed even though they already knew insurance would not pay for them, but they had not told me insurance would not pay.
