i hope customers realize how rude the service is here. i left a review telling the truth about my experience, as i was yelled at by an employee because i evidently “disregarded” a sign that i simply didn’t see as a first time customer. my LITTLE SISTER, age SIX, almost cried because them. the owner said she QUOTE “ has some maturing to do”. at SIX. unbelievable. and i mentioned that i take photos to promote SMALL BUSINESSES, it does nothing for me. and they said i shouldn’t “use their store for clout”. terrible terrible terr... read more
Some of the rudest, almost contemptuous staff I’ve encountered in thirty years of living in Toronto. Just look at how they respond to criticism here, for the whole world to see, and you can imagine what they’re like in the privacy of their store. Who knew that people who work with such beautiful flowers could be so miserable?
