The doctors and techs are awesome. The office staff, however, is what drag Wigwam Dental down, especially Jessie and Tracy. They dictate what care needs to be done which is usually the most costly part of the treatment plan. It doesn't matter if you are having a problem with a certain tooth ache or pain, they focus more on the part(s) pf the treatment plan that will be most costly and eat up your insurance benefits the fastest. Had my teeth cleaned today. I was so fortunate to have 2 extremely nice and gentle ladies. Thorough, but careful. Did not rush nor hurt me. Great experience! See you in 6 months!
I have to say this was the worst Dental Office & service ,,, the front desk was very helpful but over all terrible ,, the first visit was good Ms Piyevsky, seen me told me what needed to be done & made an app. for3 teeth to be filled ,, talked about all this stuff she said needed to be done ALL COSMETIC first red flag ,,, the second app the office called me 3 times to keep moving the time up "" She had another emergency "" I finally get in the office another 20 min wait ,,got called into the back to get ready for the last 2 ... read more
