WIGS TODAY, practices of "Bait and Switch" – I was a long time customer of Wigs Today, and was so taken back recently on November 19, 2007. Karen, the owner sold me two wigs on Saturday, November 17, after I called in and requested a Revlon "Sophie" Wig. AWFUL SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! – I am 22 and a cancer patient. I went here looking for wigs, as my hair is falling out. The RUDE salesperson told me that I was only allowed to look around and was only able to try on wigs if I was very, very serious about purchasing (wigs are $180+) and only if I really liked it. I then told her I was a cancer patient. She then told me that the wigs get ruined because cancer patients don't have any hair and it is hard to place the wigs on cancer patients.
