I will never shop there again...last week I went to purchase some hair for a particular hair style I wanted. I asked for clip on weave that curls and holds heat. My stylist could not curl the hair it would not even bend. That was 40.00. I called and told the manager it would not hold any heat to curl. Knowing there is no refund I called and told the manager what happened.
