During these times of this pandemic. Everybody is under a lot of pressure due to short staffing and other conditions. But... for the ones that are fortunate enough to still be here on ( earth) and able to work. I count that as a blessing from God. I called this facility today.( 01/03) And the representative was very RUDE. I explained my situation, of my reason for my call, and even offered, to assist with the process in hopes of getting my family member seen. I work in a medical facility. I completely understand.
