I can only give this practice the highest ratings. Dr. Rank is extremely caring and competent. The staff is exceptionally friendly and cooperation. I recommend this family practice to all who want excellent care.

Dr. Rank has gone beyond the call of duty to care for my family. He personally calls us to deliver lab results, and has called our family on occasion with concerns we have had. I have never had a family physician take the out of his day to personally call us back. I highly recommend Dr. Rank and his entire team. They are excellent.
Jennifer Rank controls everything that happens in the practice and she is a new nurse graduate. She impersonates herself as a MD so beware! Make sure you are not examined by her...the flip flops will give her away ;) Her father, Dr Rank, can't make any decision without her. So very odd!!!
Since Dr. Podosek retired, it has gone down hill. Our mom was not given a Dr. but a paraprofessional. They did not attend to a problem with mom's meds which lead to her not receiving then on time. Avoid them like the plague.
Very satisfied with my care by Dr. Rank and his staff. They are very friendly and respectful. I was seen promptly, my questions were answered, and the medical assistant returned my call when I had a question.
