Went through the drive through today and there was a car in front of me that had ordered like 5 milk shakes. The lady walked out to my car took my payment and brought my food and told me I had to wait for the car in front of me to get their shakes before I could go. Today, May 22, 2025, at 2:48pm, was the first time that I have had poor service at this location on White Lane. We went into the dining room and I ordered six hot dogs. While ordering, I told the cashier three (3) times that I wanted all six hot dogs to be all-beef and also split and grilled. The order took a very long time, and by 3:04pm, when the order was brought to our table, none of the six hot dogs were split and grilled.
