The staff and people that work for this company are rude/ don't care. You can do everything a good tenant is supposed to do and they still treat you like **** Not to mention slumlords that don't like to call inspectors when needed
Most leasing companies have terrible customer service but WE leasing agents (I worked with Lucy) were really helpful answering all my questions and explaining in detail all line items in the rental agreement. My apartment is well managed and the building is well kept. I would definitely use this company again for my future rental needs.
Derek S**** is a huge problem within Wiechmann Enterprises. DO NOT complain to Wiechmann regarding him not doing his job or he will not renew your lease! My apartment building had major repairs which he continued to blow off for over 2 years!! When I finally called Wiechmann, Gile said they would be resolved. Some of them were. I just want to make sure everyone knows how this rental business operates. First I was in a bind to find a new apartment when I applied they charged me a $50 application fee, then the rent was $765 and the security deposit was $815 but they added on a $350 fee on top of the security deposit. Then I had someone over that put a cigarette out in a planter I had on my balcony and it burned through the balcony and of course I had to pay for the damages but they tried to charge me almost $600 for it when it was only $275. We had a great experience with Weichmann Enterprises. The apartment was clean when we moved in, and we enjoyed our time there. Our leasing agent was great and kept in contact throughout our lease (she was also very kind to our dog, which was greatly appreciated!). We moved out only because we were relocating for a job. My only complaint was that we had a ground level apartment with a courtyard easement. I lived in two Wichmann apartments, one at **** * ******* **** ********* **and the other at **** * ********* ** ********** ***I was happy at the first apartment, although the floors and windows were very dirty when I moved in. The back door at my first had a broken window and lock which could not be locked/unlocked from the outside. I had one maintenance issue during my one year lease at **** * *******.
