I have no complaints. Mack was great, very personable and even went on my test drive because I was not familiar with the area. I thought it was funny because there are little things I like to do to test the "feel" of a car and he just pleasantly endured them. I had a pretty decent credit score and needed a truck for my mini farm work. I was able to finance a nice truck to my liking and did not have any problems with any of the staff. I bought a dodge ram from them 1 year ago. They promised me free Inspections, oil change and if I have any issues to call them. It has been a year and nothing has been resolved. If you need an inspection plan on waiting a month. The service department sucks, they say they will call you back and never do. They will act like your best friend until you purchase a vehicle , after that you are a piece of shit. Would not recommend this company
I bought a suv.took a week and lie after lie to get it.said oil was changed and that was a lie.said I would get full tank of gas. Was under full mark.had.oil spraying under hood all over.when you call to ask something nobody knows anything.lie cheat and steal.the fucking suck in every way possible.dont shop at widrick auto sales.

Over all, I have dealt with car sales dealerships and their personnel/employees, all over Jefferson county New York. I can truthfully say, this is one of if not thee best dealership in the area. I have personally owned 14 cars. I know a good vehicle and a good deal when I experience the trade or purchase of a vehicle.
