They offered excellent service, staff was super friendly and easy to work with.
I dont know about anyone else, but this is the best place to buy a car! They were honest, walked me through the whole process and was patient with me in picking out the best van for my family and me. I would give zero stars if I could. My husband left a review (You can see it if you look at past reviews. It's the name with Korean characters) here about our negative experience. Please read his review and the response he received. He wasn't rude at all when we visited. He didn't even talk to her (English is his second language and he's not very comfortable speaking it with native speakers sometimes). My dad was the one who was interacting with her. The service here was pretty disappointing. The worker was on her phone when she first talked to us and the cars were in bad shape too. Almost every car had rusted brake rotors and clearly lacked basic maintenance. The car we wanted wouldn't even start. The one we ended up test-driving was making a weird noise, so when we said we'd pass, she just gave a cold response and walked away.
