One of the worst surgeries I have ever had!!!! I was approved from the insurance company to cover my surgery and now port city plastic surgery is refusing to refund my money that I paid up front. So now I have to take them to court and file a complaint with the BBB. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I have had a tummy tuck, lipo of inner thigh knee area, waist, lower back and hips. Most recent I had the lipo of my hips and fat grating to my breast with an injection in my upper lip as well. I highly recommend Dr Widenhouse. He is always informative and has great bedside manner. His staff is great as well. I have to say I regret the lipo of my inner thigh knee area but that was nothing he did. Dr. Widenhouse recently removed an actinic keratosis (pre-cancerous lesion) from my face/cheek. I was anxious since I did not know anyone who had used him previously & I had not seen any work he had done other than breast implants on the internet, but my insurance company sent me to him and would not pay for me to see either of the plastic surgeons I had seen in the past. My experience with Port City Plastic Surgery was wonderful. I had finally decided to have breat reduction. Dr. Widenhouse was very patient with me and understood that this was a huge decision. He talked with me several times and each and every time he was reassuring and answered any questions, yet was never pressuring me into anything. When I was ready, he was there. Everything went smoothly. He and his staff treated me like family every time I called or went in for my visits. I see why he came highly recommended.
