Widener Automotive has always done excellent work on vehicles I’ve taken there for repairs, oil changes etc. I recently had my Sebring there for repairs, tune up and new tires and before work was done they explained everything that needed to be done for safety sake and what could wait a little bit. All work was done right and they even had the courtesy to check back with me about a week later to make sure all was okay. That’s what I call great customer service!! I would not take my car anywhere else.
My engine light came on the day that I was having an oil change, needless to say I needed some additional work done. The guys there made sure I understood what they were doing, what the time frame was and keep me updated on how things were going. I have never felt so at ease with someone I had never done business with before. That is so important when dealing with someone that is a new customer. Jim & Co. did excellent work and took great care of my Hellcat. I drove 2.5hrs to have them perform the work and will gladly drive back down whenever I'm ready for the next round of modifications.
