I own a Chinese geely ex5 EV. Wide bay motor have taken on the maintenance of these relatively new vehicles to Australia here in Hervey Bay. They performed a first year service on my vehicle and as it is an EV which greatly depends on software performance they updated the software for me. Both times I was impressed with there (Shane at reception and Theresa as well as the mechanic for geely) effort to make all go smoothly and fully to my satisfaction.
Zach was amazing. Once he knew the car was for me, he spoke directly to me and answered any questions I had. He gave me a demo to test drive with brief instructions, which was enough, it was great. Initially looking at CX5 but decided on CX3, which suits me thoroughly!!! He was attentive, excited and generally a very nice bloke. Highly recommend Zach, there was no pressure at all. If he didn't know the answer, he soon found it!! Terrific guy, thanks Zach!
Absolutely recommend these guys. I couldn’t find the car I wanted in Brisbane and found this vehicle online. And they made the process so easy. Done a video inspection for me Dona everything over the phone and they delivered the car to my door. If you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend these guys and the delivery driver was amazing. 10/10 from me
