Great service from Coriele at Mazda HB on purchase of new CX5. If you want a down to earth, no BS car salesman he is the one. Did us a great price with extras thrown in. Highly recommend.
Just to share my very bad experience with Mazda wide bay. I went last week with the intention to purchase a Mazda 2 but just because i did not make any prior appointment the receptionist refused to entertain me and not only that she even refused to book an appointment schedule for me.Anyway i ended purchasing a Kia whose salesman is so professional.thumb down for you Mazda
Big shout of thanks to Matt at Wide Bay Mazda..We went in randomly one day after my Mazda CX5 engine light lit up..I was heading out of town the next morning and asked for guidance as to should I travel..They were very busy but no hesitation to put my car in for a check up and got a call not to drive out of town.. Had a fantastic experience at Wide Bay Mazda in Hervey Bay. I’d especially like to give a big shoutout to Gill, she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell she really cares about providing top notch service, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
