Today I brought my husband in for his appointment. He was seen by the new doctor; Dr. Austin. As my husband and I patiently waited for him to enter the room he instantly spoke to my husband also shaking his hand. Dr. Austin was unprofessional and rude as hell... as the wife, he did not speak or acknowledge my presence at all. In general when one see a couple the polite thing to do is speak to both parties. Love Dr. Wickwire and Staff!! Top Notch Facility! I go once a month for maintenance!! Otherwise I have migraines.
Dr Wickwire has been treating me for years. He listens and interacts with me wonderfully! Sometimes the wait is a little long but it’s better than being rushed through. I appreciate the time he spends with me, and understand that while I’m waiting he is doing the same for another patient.
I've seen multiple doctors at Wickwire for adjustments and they are all great! However I have to rave about Dr. Jacobi. He really takes time with his adjustments and did some adjustments I've never even seen. Ive beeb struggling with severe headaches almost on a daily basis and I felt instant relief. Thank you so much Dr. Jacobi! The front desk staff are always wonderful as well!
