Best in the World – If you want pizza..then this is it. I've only eaten there 3 times. In my opinion the best Pizza in the Midwest and probably the Nation!
Big Wick is my pick – There is only one word to describe great pizza -- Wick's. Louisville residents living outside the Highlands got lucky when Wick's decided to expand into the suburbs.
YUMMY – This place is great! Good thick pizza with lots of toppings. To compliment your thick pizza are equally impressive topping portions. Nothing is small with the pizza. Wicks was my college hang out for 4 years. Excellent pizza was normally served with great selection of beer and one of the best Makers Mark whiskey sours I ever consumed. Pizza, beer, and live music... what more do you need to pass the time between Derby's?
Wicks is Wicked Good! – Everytime I hear someone say, "Oh (insert pizza place here) has the best pizza!" I immediately know they've never eaten at Wick's. I do crave it on a regular basis :)
LIP SMACKIN' – I AGREE!!!!! THEY HAVE THE BEST FOOD EVER! FROM THEIR PIZZAS RIGHT DOWN TO THEIR SALADS. BIG PORTIONS AND BIG TASTE!!!!
Wick's is the best by far – Wick's is truly what pizza should be. They don't skimp on the toppings and especially not cheese. I usually don't like crust but that too is fabulous. The service is usually good, though you may have quite a wait on weekends. I highly recommend the bacon-chicken-ranch pizza if they still have it. It was on the summer menu but I ordered in October and it was still available.
Italians Know – Wick's deserves to be on this list. It closely edges out Impellizeri's. However to include Papa John's on this list is a joke. PJ's has fewer ingredients per pie than any chain or local pizza joint. For some reason this utility doesn't allow us to rate Papa John's - if it did - PJ wouldn't be on the list. What a joke.
Best In Town! – I went to Wick's for the first time a few weeks ago with my hubby, sis and BIL. It was Awesome! Service was great, ambience was cool- live music- and the pizza was PILED HIGH with great toppings. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Tony Soprano would eat here! – If the Soprano's lived in Louisville,They'd be eating Wick's Pizza
