Terrible service. They were not busy but another waitress had to take care of us because our waitress didn’t take our drink order after we had been there already for 15 minutes. Our app went to the wrong table. Finally get our food and the ceiling started leaking all over our table, our food, and even splashing on me.
Recommendedwe had special requests and the kitchen was helpful.
We had Sarah as our waitress, she was awesome, waiting on 38 plus people and didn’t have to wait on anything... Great job Sarah..
paid for new years eve buffet, supposed to start at 8pm and its 9:30 PM and no freaking pizza!!!!!

Ordered a pizza The Big Wick and the pizza was made incorrectly, so was asked if I would still take pizza with it being made correct. So I stated yes I could pick items off, mind you that the others with me already had their food . So waitress goes back and someone handed out the pizza to someone else. Management comes to table apologizing, takes pizza off bill. Still no pizza and hour and a half later. Hmmm, manager on duty took care of bill. Not a good night at wicks!
Nice atmosphere, food is pretty good & staff our friendly..
