Most impersonal management I have ever dealt with. Westley fair was so rude,unkind, and unwelcoming.
The food is great.. The distrust of customers at the bar (requiring a credit card up front) makes me not want to return. Your servers have given me many different explanations for this. Ranging from this is the law to people run off all the time. At a minimum you should make sure your servers have a consistent excuse for this. It is not the law and NO other restaurant in the area (nor any restaurant I've ever been to) requires this. Somehow All other restaurants seem to get by without distrusting their customers.
I’ve always been a Wicks fan, but tonight that all changed. Food was terrible, service was terrible. Everyone’s meal came out at different times, could not find sever to order refills. When we did address our concerns the manager came to the table with immediate attitude. We just paid our FULL bill and left. It was not crowded at all, now I know why....Won’t be back!
It was exceptionally great service and food. Our drinks didn't get lower than half and we were asked if we needed anything often. When my order was brought out incorrectly (though it was a minor mistake and still edible) they remade it and I took it home to eat later. I can't wait to eat there again with all my family and friends.
