I am so happy with the service here! After my check engine light came on in my car, I checked the codes, did some research, then began calling around to find a mechanic who could fix the problem. One shop, without looking at my car, told me that I would need a whole new turbo booster. When I called Wicklund Auto Repair, Doug explained that the error code could be caused by several different things, and he invited me to bring my car into the shop that very day so that he could look at it! Our family was on a road trip in our shuttle bus rv conversion when the serpentine belt broke during a pit stop in Rolla. We camped out in the gas station parking lot and I called Wicklund first thing in the morning. Doug said he'd have us back on the road that day. He picked up the bus in his tow truck and gave all four of us a ride to the shop. Wicklund was a down right TREAT to work with in a tough situation!! We are from the KC area and we lost our serpentine belt in Rolla. They towed our bus, lent us a car, and fixed said bus all themselves, all in one day!!! They were kind, they worked hard, gave us a fair price, and they were great communicators. I am so glad we broke down there- I have rarely had such exceptional customer care! Thanks you guys!!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout for the amazing service I received for my daughter’s 2011 Lincoln MKT. On Memorial Day, when most places were closed, they still came through for me. They towed my daughter’s vehicle within an hour of our call, which was incredibly fast and a huge relief. They handled everything professionally and got the car taken care of fast.
