Maintenance has been great 👍 for me. They repair the things needed at the time. They are always changing my AC filter monthly , and making sure my AC is working properly. I'm having no complaints of the services I receive from them. Great job gentlemen..
My son and I have lived here for almost 5 years and have enjoyed it for all that time. It's true that there are drugs and drug dealers but we have found that a live and let live policy works best. We are cordial to them and for the most part they are cordial to us. The children here seem to be pretty wild and unsupervised. I realize that parents can't supervise school age children 24/7 but we are afraid they'll get my grandson into some kind of trouble or be unkind because he'd be new to the group. This place is not a good place to live. First of all this place is like a drug-infested place. These teenagers are on drugs all day and the noise when you come out of your apartment the place is so disgusting with garbage when gardeners come and clean up the garbage by evening the place seems like it never clean up. Where are all these parents for these teenagers I guess they're the same kind of people all high don't know where there children are.
