I was very please with my Ora Dental Studio visit. EVERYONE working there was extremely nice especially the hygienist who worked on my first and the ladies at the front desk! My experience was comforting and most of all refreshing to find a health services business complete! By complete I mean... focused, A+ customer service, cleanliness, memorable personalities and on point profession skills! Thank you all!

Alicia was awesome! She answered all my questions, listened when I told her I usually need a bit more novcaine, and took care of 3/4 of my mouth quickly and pretty much painlessly.
I work for a 5 star luxury company and with that comes high standards for professionalism and service. If dental studios had similar rating systems, Ora in Wicker Park would undoubtedly have that rating. My hygienist made me feel so comfortable and gave me the most thorough cleaning -- best I've ever had. My dentist Dr. Thurston immediately put me at ease. Front desk staff is very friendly & helpful. The office is impeccably clean, they were on time, the hygenist was so good at her job - very knowledgeable, efficient, gentle. Dr. Thurston is very professional, didn't keep me waiting, and fit me in that same day for my filling.

As someone that dislikes going to the dentist, the friendly and professional staff at Ora makes it easy. Great technology and smart staff makes me feel comfortable and also helps me understand what I need to do to have healthy teeth. Also, love the appointment reminders and scheduling process.
