Made and appointment in July for our daughter belly piercing. Showed up for appointment and stood there for half hour and piercer never showed up. They took my phone number and said he would call, has never returned call or tried to reschedule.

Your name is not on the schedule anywhere in July, and it doesn’t look like we have any messages from you either. All of our piercing appointments are made through our Facebook page, and there doesn’t seem to be any record of that. Seems like there has been some kind of mix up here.
