I've only been a member for about a month but loving the flexible schedule, the scheduled classes I have taken so far and the people. Everyone is friendly. Lots of positive energy to help you get through your workout.
Love this fitness facility, the vibe, and the coaches! So upbeat! Also, while I was injured and couldn’t do certain exercises, they always showed me an alternative! They strive to help you give your all without getting hurt!
I’ve been going here for a few months now and it’s such a fun and welcoming gym - everyone is so friendly!!! I look forward to my workouts every morning and love the variety of classes offered!! So happy I joined!
